Founded in 2021 by Bob Jandovitz and Joe Brusseler, Raiser Career Consulting began as a simple conversation at a kitchen table. Joe was just starting his professional journey, while Bob had recently retired after decades of experience. What started as an exchange of perspectives quickly evolved into the making of a full strategy focused on accelerated, intentional career growth.

At the heart of Raiser is one central question:


How can I negotiate higher salaries, genuinely enjoy my work, and advance my career without sacrificing my identity or values to please others?

That question defines everything we do. We believe that to get something you've never had, you have to do something you've never done. Our company is driven by our unique balance of seasoned insight and fresh ambition; where stability and experience meet energy, curiosity, and vision.

BOB JANDOVITZ

Co-Founder 

Bob brings more than four decades of experience in Human Resources and the hiring process, with a career defined by leading strategic growth initiatives for some of the largest retail and food manufacturers in America. His work has included managing complex, high-stakes negotiations, often spanning weeks, giving him a deep, real-world understanding of decision-making at the highest levels. This perspective, combined with a practical, people-first approach to career strategy, forms the foundation of our consulting work. Bob’s vision and leadership have helped shape the personalized approach that defines Raiser, empowering individuals to navigate their careers with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

JOE BRUSSELER

Co-Founder

Joe is an operations leader currently managing initiatives for a large network of New York–based hospitals. His experience spans senior-level business development, recruiting, strategic partnership cultivation, and B2B sales, having worked with organizations such as NASDAQ, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, and the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Joe takes a practical, results-focused approach to career development and leads our resume enhancement program with a sharp eye for detail. He helps clients not only showcase their past experience but also craft a compelling professional narrative that positions them for the roles they truly want, not just the ones that are available.
